　　一、不完全外保溫引起的裂縫也會使保溫砂漿開裂。在外墻保溫中，我們經(jīng)常注重整體墻面的保溫，然而卻忽略了女兒墻、雨篷、老虎窗、凸窗、外陽臺等部位的保溫，而使此部分出現(xiàn)開裂或者降低使用壽命。在保溫層與其他材料的材質(zhì)變換處，因為保溫層與其他材料的材質(zhì)的密度相差過大，這就決定了材質(zhì)間的彈性模量和線性膨脹系數(shù)也不相同，在溫度應力作用下的變形也不同，極容易在這些部位產(chǎn)生面層的裂縫。同時還應該考慮防水處理，防止水分侵入到保溫體系內(nèi)，避免因凍漲作用而導致體系的破壞，影響體系的正常使用壽命和體系的耐久性。

　　二、普通水泥砂漿自身易產(chǎn)生各種收縮變形，并且存在強度增長周期短、體積收縮周期長的矛盾，在約束條件下，當體積收縮形成的拉應力超過水泥砂漿的抗拉強度時，就會出現(xiàn)裂縫。處于保溫層保護下的主體結(jié)構(gòu)受溫度變形影響較小，而20~30mm的找平砂漿處于熱阻很大的聚苯板的外側(cè)，因受環(huán)境溫度影響而產(chǎn)生較大變形。聚苯板兩側(cè)的水泥材質(zhì)受環(huán)境溫差影響而產(chǎn)生較大相對變形差，引起開裂。另外由于保溫隔熱板平整度很難控制，會造成找平抹灰厚度的不均，造成局部收縮和溫差應力不均從而引起裂縫。
