　　(1)施工中如使用不防水膩子(如821膩子)，不加膠或界面劑，出現(xiàn)上述情況并不奇怪。

　　(2)使用防水膩子粉，膩子粉存在質(zhì)量問題。如:防水膩子粉中膠粉的含量較低，或防水膩子粉用于白水泥、灰鈣等膠結(jié)材料的質(zhì)量較差。

　　(3)現(xiàn)場配制膩子粉，采用108膠與滑石粉、重鈣粉直接混合，不添加水泥、灰鈣、石膏等無機膠凝材料，導(dǎo)致配制的膩子粉強度低。
