　　老習(xí)慣改不了：咱剛學(xué)徒那會，師傅傳下來的手藝就是加膠，久而久之形成了操作習(xí)慣。尤其是 90 年代剛接觸膩子粉時，部分產(chǎn)品配方不成熟，不加膠確實沒法用，這習(xí)慣就這么延續(xù)下來了。

　　Old habits cannot be changed: When we first became apprentices, the master passed down the skill of adding glue, and over time, we developed operational habits. Especially in the 1990s, when I first came into contact with putty powder, some product formulas were not mature and could not be used without glue. This habit continued like this.

　　怕本地膩子質(zhì)量不靠譜：像有些地區(qū)難買到優(yōu)質(zhì)膩子粉，師傅們怕活兒出問題，只能靠加膠（或熟膠粉）保證粘結(jié)力。但咱山東市場現(xiàn)在不一樣了，正規(guī)廠家的膩子粉早就不用這么折騰了！

　　二、膩子粉的變遷：從 “必加膠” 到 “兌水就用”

　　咱 2000 年左右就接觸膩子粉了，當(dāng)時朋友從北京帶回來配方，本來想建廠，可惜資金不夠擱置了。那時候的膩子粉剛推出，兌水就能用，確實方便，但價格偏高，只有家裝敢用，工裝都還在用老法子。而且初期部分膩子粉配方不穩(wěn)定，不加膠真的粘不牢，這也是師傅們愛加膠的根源。

　　三、別被 “膠” 忽悠了！加了反而坑自己

　　市面上的 901、801 “膠”，根本不是純膠，大多是纖維素、增稠劑，含膠量低得很，加到膩子粉里不僅沒用，還可能讓膩子發(fā)泡、脫粉嚴(yán)重；

　　細(xì)膩度：目數(shù)越大越細(xì)，咱山東老鄉(xiāng)裝修選 500 目以上的，刮出來的墻面光滑，刷漆后效果亮堂；

　　穩(wěn)定性：刮完后不易脫粉，內(nèi)墻膩子硬度得適中 —— 太高磨不動，太低容易起殼掉粉，后期維修太麻煩。

　　Stability: It is not easy to peel off the powder after scraping, and the hardness of the interior wall putty is moderate - too high cannot be ground, too low is easy to peel off the shell and powder, and later maintenance is too troublesome.

　　五、不同膩子粉咋選？按需來不花冤枉錢！

　　5、 How to choose different putty powders? On demand without wasting money!

　　防霉膩子、耐水膩子：配方差別不大，耐水膩子含膠量稍多、硬度高點，遇水不淋掛但會起泡，咱山東干燥地區(qū)，常規(guī)選普通膩子就行，沿海或潮濕區(qū)域再選耐水款；防霉膩子就是加了防霉劑，通風(fēng)差的房子可以考慮；

　　外墻膩子：白水泥含量高，粉質(zhì)粗，咱室內(nèi)裝修可別用，用了墻面糙得很，影響美觀。
