　　劣質(zhì)膩子：拉拔之后，觀察膩子斷裂面。劣質(zhì)膩子的斷裂面出現(xiàn)在其中一個水泥決的表層就是水泥表面的膩子已經(jīng)被拔掉了。優(yōu)質(zhì)膩子：優(yōu)質(zhì)膩子的斷裂面出現(xiàn)在膩子本身的中間層，兩塊水泥表層仍然粘有膩子。

　　膩子粉主要看哪幾個方面？

　　①成分。膩子的主要成分是雙飛粉、灰鈣粉、水泥、膠粉、滑石粉、保水劑等組成，好的膩子粉使用的膠粉是天然植物膠，用來批墻無任何氣味。而傳統(tǒng)膩子粉需要加入膠水增加它的粘黏度，用來批墻會有一股讓人不適應(yīng)的氣味。①環(huán)保性。膩子在家裝成本中的比例微乎其微，但其施工面積卻占到家裝總面積的80℅以上，若其環(huán)保質(zhì)量不過關(guān)，所含有毒物質(zhì)將在室內(nèi)長期釋放，毒害居住者健康。環(huán)保標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：GB 18582-2020

　　① Ingredients. 　　②粘結(jié)強度。目前仍有一些用戶采用原始的方法調(diào)制膩子，用這種方法調(diào)制出來的膩子由于比例不當(dāng)、計量不準(zhǔn)、粘結(jié)力很差，所以極易出現(xiàn)起皮、脫落等弊病。另外市場常見的劣質(zhì)膩子粉也往往沒有質(zhì)量保證。③光滑細(xì)膩。膩子打磨后都會形成一些細(xì)小砂痕，這有利于乳膠漆的附著，但如果砂痕太粗，乳膠底漆難于填充覆蓋，就會影響涂層表面的光滑程度。④耐水性好。耐水性常常是決定膩子質(zhì)量的一個重要指標(biāo)，耐水性好的膩子不僅在發(fā)霉、受潮的條件下同樣保持良好的附著力，而且對涂料在其表面的成膜也具有很大的作用。⑤施工性。好的膩子施工好批刮易打磨，批厚不易自裂。⑥使用壽命。普通膩子粉遇水即變質(zhì)，使用時間長了脫粉風(fēng)化、起泡、開裂、脫落等現(xiàn)象都可能出現(xiàn)，使用壽命一般在三五年左右。而耐水膩子可以在水中浸泡檢測48小時，它的防霉、防堿、防潮能力更強，使用壽命長達(dá)10年以上。
